To place a water lateral connection point:

1. In the Command Manager, select Water Lateral Connection Point from the Water Structures Group.
2. Click on the Place Feature Icon or double-click on the selected feature to start the placement command.
3. Change the default property values as necessary in the Placement Form.
4. Click at a location to place the Water Lateral Connection Point. If the Water Lateral Connection Point is placed on a Water Main, a network connectivity relationship is automatically established.
5. Click at a location to place Annotation Text.
